I do not know the guidelines for what can be contained in the
libwww-perl package, so if you want, I could add your program to my
perlWWW package
<URL:http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/index.html#perlWWW>.  Currently,
all the programs are Unix oriented, so yours will be the first Windows
based program if you wish to add it to the perlWWW distribution.

Tell me if you want it part of perlWWW.
