I wrote a Windows Mosaic hotlist to HTML converter in PERL, but am not sure
whether your wwwlib page should refer to it (since it's a user-interactive
program, not a library). If so, or you know someone to forward this to:
Winh2htm.pl is a user-friendly Windows Mosaic hotlist to HTML converter,
with several options, including the ability to convert and keep intact the
hierarchy of sub-menus.
