The authoring ordering has been swapped here - the right order should be
the one listed in the rev-06 draft.

The latest version of this draft is
draft-frystyk-http-extensions-03.txt
which contains the changes requested from Koen Holtman during IESG last
call for Proposed. This draft was submitted on March 15 but will not be
announced before the end of the IETF meeting.
In the meantime you can get this draft from
