Microsoft Information Server HTTP incompliance...

for those of you who haven't seen this: note the simple HEAD request, 
meanwhile, the server sends back the whole Declaration of Independance... 
Just go's to show you how Microsoft looks at standards: "when you don't 
like 'em, write your own!" :-)#
