Mozilla and If-Modified-Since

I just noticed something bothersome.  Mozilla 2.0 sends a non-standard
If-Modified-Since:
    If-Modified-Since: Tuesday, 24-Jan-95 00:24:37 GMT; length=116

While I can see the desirability of sending the length, it's too bad
Netscape never brought this to http-wg for standardization.

BTW, v11-spec-05 has If-Modified-Since and If-Match out of alphabetical
order.
